Precision irrigation is an area we’re looking at closely now and working with leaders in the field in our operations in Southeast Asia. We believe, technology such as precision irrigation has the potential to influence, even greatly change, the global agricultural production landscape for the crops we work with.

We also look at agtech more broadly for crops that we may not process, but where such technologies have significant application.

As we see it, agtech is an essential element of the entire value chain. It brings unique advantages and cost-effectiveness at every touch point: from how produce is grown, to how it is physically moved to processing units, to how it is processed, and how it is finally delivered to end-customers.

All the technologies in our portfolio, including those being developed, are non-transgenic.
